so busy that we don't take time to take care of ourselves. Now is
the time to really focus on what keeps us healthy so that we can
continue to meet the demands of our busy lives.Join
us for an evening with Joan Palmer, a Nutritional Consultant and
the Coordinator of The Granby Food Coop. Joan will help us to understand
which foods will help our bodies stay healthy through the winter
months ahead. She will also talk about the plants nature provides
this time of year that are essential to our health. Learn about
the foods that will help boost our immune system and the foods and
behaviours that suppress it. Learn to use diet, lifestyle and herbs

demonstrations and share recipes. It is an evening not to miss.
